Knight Rider

Knight Rider is an American action crime TV series that first aired in 1982. The series follows the story of Michael Knight, played by David Hasselhoff, who is a crime fighter assisted by an advanced artificially intelligent car named KITT, which stands for Knight Industries Two Thousand. Knight Rider was a massive hit, and the show’s opening sequence is an iconic part of pop culture. The show’s pulsating theme music and visuals have become synonymous with the ’80s.

The classic intro to Knight Rider features an instrumental theme song composed by Stu Phillips, which was released as a single in both the US and the UK.
