Airwolf

Airwolf is an iconic 1980s action series that follows the exploits of a high-tech military helicopter and its crew. Created by Donald P. Bellisario, Airwolf ran for four seasons on CBS between 1984 and 1987 and followed the adventures of Stringfellow Hawke, played by Jan-Michael Vincent, as he piloted the supersonic helicopter in defense of his country’s interests. Hawke was a Vietnam veteran and former Green Beret who had been recruited by an intelligence operative to pilot Airwolf, which is the only aircraft of its kind in the world.

Airwolf became a popular show in the 80s, captivating viewers with its thrilling storytelling and impressive special effects. The show’s theme music, composed by Sylvester Levay, also became a hit and is still recognized today as a classic tune of the 80s.
